It is very easy to activate console for Counter Strike:Source. The only thing you have to do is to write "-console" in the Set Launch Options box.
1. Open Games
2. Right-click on Counter Strike:Source and click preferences
3. Click on Set Launch Options
4. Write
-console
5. Press OK and you are ready to go :)
